The Lacorsa Grand Prix Game is a passion project that was funded on Kickstarter in 2016. Lacorsa is currently a direct-to-consumer business with a loyal following. I run the business and P&L, which includes advertising in local markets on ESPN, implementing social media marketing strategies, selling to a limited number of wholesale accounts, and designing an expanded product range. I am currently designing a mobile app.

During my tenure, Vans went from a $190M to an over $4B business. I was a strong business partner, design leader, and design advocate while overseeing the integration of the Footwear and Apparel Design teams with over 80 designers.

Managed product design, color and trend, and 3D virtualization teams, plus the Vans Archive. I was an original member of the Vans Creative Council, where we grew and maintained a creative culture and oversaw the Vans Creative Vision and its seasonal executions. In this role, I formalized the visual brand language, product branding, and packaging for all footwear. As one of the founding members of the VF Design EDC, we, as brand design leaders, worked together to build design initiatives across VF and execute them with outstanding partners like BMW Designworks.

Designed and managed the design for the Classic, Vault, and Surf (sandals/hanging footwear) lines.

I created products across the Classic, Core Skate, Skate Lifestyle, Girls, Outdoor, and Snow categories. I was the original designer for Vans Vault. I designed the TNT and Jim Greco signature shoes and developed the Classics last and build.

Footwear Designer, Soccer

As a footwear designer for Reebok's soccer division, I designed and managed all the footwear and equipment for the division. I was recognized internally for design excellence in hero product and designed the Reebok global soccer ball. I also created and implemented future technologies and testing procedures in conjunction with Reebok's Human Engineering Lab. We developed products in Italy, China, Taiwan, and Indonesia. My key designs include the Sidewinder boot and GSC cleat, as well as further iterations of these successful products. I was also a guest designer for outdoor, tennis, running, and watch divisions.
